OLIVER is seeking a Social Strategist to join their in-house studio team in Sydney, Australia. This role is within an FMCG Client. The Social Strategist will play a key role in transforming their digital marketing to be more culture and audience-first. They will work in close partnership with CX Managers on iconic global brands, finding social-first audience insights, developing channel thinking, and identifying optimization opportunities.

The role involves:
  • Developing digital communication strategies within a cross-agency team
  • Advising media partners on audience insights and creative formats
  • Writing creative briefs and applying campaign performance learnings to optimization opportunities
  • Building and optimizing precision marketing campaigns
  • Establishing strong client relationships and helping them stay culturally connected to their audiences
  • Sharing best practices and learnings with the global strategy team
