Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Munich. This role is the primary point of contact for the Lucid Service Center and involves communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and deliver the highest level of customer experience.Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and offer excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure clients understand the service process.
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately assess client needs.
  • Consult with technicians regarding service options.
  • Document client concerns for diagnosis and repair.
  • Follow repair order procedures.
  • Explain service options, including time and cost estimates.
  • Track vehicles through the repair process.
  • Ensure work meets Lucid’s standards before returning vehicles.
  • Invoice and collect payment.
  • Perform thorough redelivery, address client needs, and answer questions.
  • Handle customer service duties.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrate a passion for sustainable transportation.
Requirements:
  • Education and/or relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
  • 4+ years of customer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Empathic and patient demeanor.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • General automotive knowledge (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
