East Regional Technical Instructor

Lucid Motors is seeking a highly organized and proactive East Regional Technical Instructor to be based in their Service Center in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for and deep understanding of EV repair, along with outstanding communication and organizational skills. This role involves driving technicians through engaging EV repair and diagnostics training, organizing classroom and shop settings, and providing feedback to the development team. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting EV repair and diagnostics training
• Organizing classroom and shop settings
• Providing training feedback to the development team
• Maintaining classroom and shop cleanliness
• Managing consumable and parts inventory
• Handling student records and scheduling
• Staying updated on the latest procedures
• Complying with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical training in the automotive field
• 5+ years of experience in the vehicle repair industry
• In-depth knowledge of repair and diagnostics techniques
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Current passport
