Anaplan is seeking a Customer Success Business Partner to ensure the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of customers' Anaplan solutions. The Customer Success Business Partner will act as the key technical contact, providing training, implementation services, and support. They will be responsible for handling and escalating issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning project delivery, growth, adoption, and roadmap in strategic accounts.
  • Leading project teams of internal and external consultants.
  • Scoping, architecting, and running projects in an agile methodology.
  • Serving as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
  • Partnering with Sales and Product throughout the customer journey and lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of business consulting and implementation experience with multi-dimensional systems (Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects, TM1 etc).
  • Strong client-facing skills to lead and consult Japanese Enterprise companies.
  • Experience understanding, translating, and optimizing client processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling – with specialism in either Supply Chain, Finance or Sales is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
  • Ability to travel REQUIRED (when it is safe to do so)
