Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to join their German Field Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving marketing programs and paid media across Germany, collaborating with global and local teams to plan, "transcreate", localize, and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will help drive pipeline, accelerate growth, and build a world-class digital and field marketing program closely aligned with sales needs.

Role involves:

  • “Transcreating” engaging messaging, content, assets, and digital marketing efforts for the German market.
  • Planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing programs to position Anaplan as a leader in planning.
  • Managing transcreation, translation, and local requirements related to campaigns.
  • Working cross-functionally to manage activities, including program management, budgeting, content development, and agency management.
  • Managing lead acquisition, processing, nurturing, and follow-up.
  • Bringing deep understanding of the German market to drive proactive recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B/SaaS technology.
  • Deep understanding of paid and organic search principles.
  • Experience in account targeting digital strategies.
  • Experience working in a global AEM web environment.
  • Ability to localize global campaigns for the German market.
  • 3+ years of experience running paid and organic social marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical ability.
  • Excels at cross-group collaboration.
  • Comfortable with accountability for performance targets.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex environments.
  • Strong team player with initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience advocating for German localization requirements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
