Lucid Motors is seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to join their service team in Dusseldorf. The Mobile Technician will be responsible for independently diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles in the field.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. He should be able to work with high-voltage vehicles.
The role involves:
- Independent technical work in the field
- Direct customer contact
- Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motors products
- Working with software environment
- Processing quality assurance measures
- Customer service tasks
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician
- English B2 or advanced
- Knowledge of vehicle technology
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Self-organisation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license up to 3.5t
