Dashlane is seeking a Training & QA Specialist to join their Customer Experience Team in Lisbon. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and quality of the CX team through audits, coaching, and training initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with teams in the USA and France, ensuring a first-class experience for Dashlane's B2B and B2C customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing learning programs
  • Creating engaging training content
  • Facilitating training for new and existing staff
  • Conducting quality audits across all channels
  • Identifying areas for improvement in methods and processes
  • Delivering individual coaching sessions
  • Helping to identify customer pain points
  • Contributing to QA process improvements

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Training, Quality, or Enablement CX role
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for developing others
  • Experience in training, content creation, or quality assurance
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Customer Support ticketing systems
  • Customer-centric approach to problem-solving
