Dashlane is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Paris. The role involves building and leading teams that maintain Dashlane's web extension, used by millions globally. Dashlane offers a hybrid work arrangement with relocation support for eligible candidates.
The role involves:
- Building a strong ownership and accountability culture within the team.
- Helping direct reports grow as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates.
- Recruiting new software engineers and participating in the tech community.
- Supporting the team with the necessary tools for autonomous delivery.
- Leading managerial initiatives to improve systems and processes.
- Contributing to shaping roadmaps and technical initiatives.
- Working with stakeholders to deliver on the Product Roadmap.
- Helping define the direction of Product Experience teams.
- Collaborating with passionate teams in a multicultural environment.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in people management.
- Fluency in English.
- Javascript/Typescript experience
- Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up (100-500 employees)
- Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones
- A BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar relevant field
