Engineering Manager - Sharing Experience at Dashlane

Dashlane is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Paris. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in crafting a scalable application that is used by millions around the world. They will be based in Paris, with English as their working language.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading teams that are building and maintaining Dashlane's web extension.

The role involves:

• Building a strong ownership and accountability culture within the team.
• Helping direct reports grow as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates.
• Recruiting new software engineers.
• Supporting the team and making them autonomous.
• Leading managerial initiatives to improve current systems and processes.
• Delivering Engineering strategy goals and contributing to shaping roadmaps.
• Working closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver on the Product Roadmap.
• Helping define the direction of the Product Experience teams.
• Working with passionate teams in a friendly and multicultural environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of experience in people management (ideally in a distributed environment)
• Fluency in English
• Javascript/Typescript experience
• Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up (100-500 employees)
• Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones
• You have a BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar relevant field
