Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Job Description

Dashlane is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Backend to join their product development team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will focus on feature development to drive the company's business growth, including projects related to plans and pricing, trial experience, payment experience, and customer onboarding. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, product designers, engineering managers, and front-end engineers.Dashlane offers a hybrid work arrangement with required in-office days for collaboration and team bonding. The company also provides relocation support for individuals eligible to work in the EU.Responsibilities:

• Innovate and discover creative solutions to drive company expansion.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and quality engineering teams.
• Learn and share knowledge with coworkers.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives to improve team happiness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in developing backend applications.
• 3+ years of experience working in a product-focused company.
• Prior knowledge of Node.js.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and assist in the design and implementation of backend solutions.
• Fluent in English.
