Jun Group is seeking a Senior Director of Programmatic Team Lead to lead a team of sellers and drive growth through innovative programmatic solutions. This person will be selling to media agencies and brands. The Senior Director will develop and execute sales strategies, work with product and marketing, and contribute to the company's programmatic product roadmap. This pivotal role will shape the company’s revenue and sales strategy and reports to the Executive Vice President, Sales. This position is based in Jun Group's NYC office at Madison Square Park, with team members working from the office together Tuesday through Thursday each week.
- Build, align, and lead a sales team.
- Develop relationships with key senior stakeholders..
- Coach a team to develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Work closely with inter-departmental counterparts.
- Develop targeted sales strategies.
- Contribute to the company’s marketing strategies and attend conferences.
- 7+ years of digital sales experience.
- Experience in building, mentoring, and managing sales teams to surpass revenue targets.
- Experience selling programmatic solutions to global brands and holding companies.
- Expertise in using Salesforce.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organization and analytical skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and team collaboration.
