Diligent is seeking a Product Design Manager to join their Product team in Budapest. This role is responsible for defining the experience strategy for Diligent's products, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and managing design-related artifacts. Diligent is the global leader in modern governance, providing SaaS solutions across governance, risk, compliance, audit, and ESG.

Responsibilities:
  • Define experience strategy for products.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Design products, supported by a rigorous process.
  • Execute research (discovery, exploratory, and validation).
  • Communicate design to stakeholders.
  • Own design-related tasks and artifacts.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Partner with the team to see products to release and beyond delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a product design squad.


Requirements:
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in design, technology, or psychology (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expertise in UX Design, UI Design, or Design Research.
  • Experience designing SaaS products for the B2B market in an Agile environment.
  • Experience leading the design of products with a high level of complexity.
  • Proficiency with current design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience designing mobile and web-based applications.
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating your design process and passion for design.
