Diligent is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to enhance its platform through design research. The Senior UX Researcher will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of Diligent's products.
The role involves working closely with the design team, conducting both discovery and evaluative research, and delivering actionable insights that inform product design decisions. The researcher will be responsible for end-to-end research projects, collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive product strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting information from stakeholders on design components.
- Creating discovery briefs through research and data analysis.
- Running workshops with designers.
- Testing design solutions via moderated and unmoderated prototype testing.
- Sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with product managers and designers.
- Re-framing problems and identifying current opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of user research experience.
- Experience researching B2B products and visual design solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working across disciplines.
- Self-starter with effective decision-making skills.
- Strong advocate for the user and research-led product development.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute research studies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience analyzing data and communicating research insights.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (a plus).
