Diligent is seeking a Senior Product Manager of AI Platform to lead the productization of AI capabilities. Reporting to the Director of AI Products, the Senior Product Manager will guide the priority of AI Research and develop reusable services that enable app development teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered features. This role involves driving the strategy and execution for Diligent's AI platform, working closely with product teams to integrate AI solutions that transform user experiences across Diligent's product suite.Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving AI platform strategy and roadmap.
  • Prioritizing and contributing to AI research plans.
  • Collaborating with teams to mature Platform AI Services.
  • Partnering with product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Establishing and maintaining AI governance frameworks.
  • Managing the platform backlog and write user stories.
  • Working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Platform AI Services.
  • Tracking and measuring platform performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with experience in platform services or AI products.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of AI technologies and service architecture.
  • Experience in building and scaling AI platforms or services in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching platform features or services in a global context.
  • Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
