Service Detailer at Lucid Motors

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Detailer to join their service team in Toronto. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service department. The Service Detailer will be responsible for preparing and detailing both new and used vehicles for retail, as well as maintaining the appearance of the internal fleet.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle a fast-paced and changing workload, prioritizing tasks effectively. They should demonstrate excellence in their field, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection.

Role Involves:

• Washing vehicles (interior/exterior) and preparing them for retail
• Polishing and performing paint corrections as needed
• Moving and staging vehicles
• Delivering parts to technicians and assist in receiving/shipping
• Assisting other service department members
• Performing administrative and support functions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience
• Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Passion for creating positive client experiences
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software
• Valid driver's license
