The candidate will work within the Advanced Technologies organization and collaborate with Machine Learning Applications, Technical Operations, Platform, Hardware, and Product teams.

The role involves defining requirements and supporting the deployment of algorithms into production, with a strong emphasis on leadership, technical expertise, and strategic roadmap development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Machine Learning and Applied Science team.
• Guide teams technically, focusing on best practices.
• Manage all machine learning development phases.
• Stay current with research and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
• Invest in team member career development.
• Participate in talent acquisition processes.
• Establish metrics to measure team productivity.

Requirements:

• PhD or MS in relevant field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in edge computing and cloud platforms.
• Strong foundation in data structures.
