The Staff Software Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that technology advancements align with customer needs and contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical direction that influences the entire company by formulating and implementing technical vision and roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience building customer-centric applications and products.
• Experience initiating and driving technical direction.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems in high-volume consumer-facing applications.
• Expert-level knowledge of Scala or Java or related language.
• Strong experience with data-intensive architectures.
• Deep understanding of tradeoffs in release engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration in B2C and B2B settings.
