This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy to keep over 23,000 employees informed and engaged. The Internal Communications Manager will report to the Director of People Communications and collaborate with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to enhance transparency and foster a strong company culture.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing internal communications strategies.
- Managing internal communication channels.
- Partnering with senior leaders on messaging.
- Utilizing various communication mediums.
- Ensuring messaging resonates with field teams.
- Supporting crisis communications.
- Championing company culture.
- Tracking and optimizing communication efforts.
Qualifications include:
- 4-6 years of experience in communications.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience in internal and external communications.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools.
- Ability to pivot quickly and build relationships.
- Strong presence and advisory skills for senior leaders.
- Proficiency in multiple communication formats.
- Experience communicating with large, distributed workforces.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced situations.
- Deep understanding of corporate communications best practices.
