Job Description

Placements.io is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team. The Solutions Consulting team is the face of the company during implementation and ongoing growth. They help customers by solving problems, designing and scaling solutions, incubating new products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. This role involves collaborating with clients to implement solutions on the Placements platform, providing consultative recommendations, configuring tailored product demonstrations and working with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to implement solutions on the Placements platform.
• Providing consultative recommendations on how to best use and configure the Placements platform.
• Configuring and presenting tailored product demonstrations to customers.
• Working with internal teams to ensure customer success and serving as a customer advocate.
• Understanding the project scope and aligning solutions with client business goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and present complex technical capabilities and solutions.
• Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and working with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in aspects of the implementation lifecycle including: Requirements Gathering and Documentation, Solution Design, Product Configuration, Data Import/Export, Testing, and Training
