Job Description
The Senior Solutions Consultant at Placements.io plays a crucial role in implementing solutions for clients leveraging the Placements platform. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and business acumen, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and a liaison between customers and internal teams. Senior Solutions Consultant ensures client success by gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the platform, and providing training. Placements.io is seeking individual who can become expert in the functional and technical aspects of Placements.io product and related integration points, as well as demonstrate understanding of project scope, mapping business requirements to system/technical requirements, and aligning solutions with client business goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with clients' business and technology stakeholders.
- Providing consultative recommendations on platform configuration.
- Ensuring the solution design meets acceptance criteria.
- Configuring and presenting tailored product demonstrations.
- Serving as a customer advocate with the product team.
Requirements Include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business processes, documentation, and improvement skills.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, or similar roles.
- Experience with the full cycle of SaaS implementations.
- Admin-level experience in systems like Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or Ad Servers is a plus.
- SQL, Data Management, and Data Mapping experience preferred.
