Senior Solutions Consultant

Placements.io is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team. This role involves collaborating with clients to implement solutions on the Placements platform, providing consultative recommendations, and configuring product demonstrations. The Senior Solutions Consultant will also work with internal teams to ensure customer success and act as a customer advocate with the product team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients' business and technology stakeholders
• Providing consultative recommendations on platform configuration
• Configuring and presenting tailored product demonstrations
• Working with internal teams to ensure customer success
• Serving as a customer advocate with the product team

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of complex technical capabilities
• Strong business process and documentation skills
• 2+ years of Professional Services, Product Implementation, or related experience
• Experience with SaaS implementations
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and data management
