Job Description
Podium is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to manage the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing account connections, integration fulfillment, and tailored team trainings. They will also resolve customer issues and monitor customer usage to ensure successful implementation. The role involves creating new internal processes and adapting to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serving as the primary contact during the first 30 days of a new customer's experience.
  • Acting as a Podium product expert.
  • Managing potential escalations within the first 30 days.
  • Coordinating all account connections (product and integration related).
  • Ensuring product adoption through various outreach methods and health scoring of accounts.
  • Ensuring effective hand-off to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) after the onboarding period.
  • Conducting full-team trainings for all locations in every account.
  • Coordinating and responding to client issues.
  • Building new processes and working with different departments to create a smooth implementation experience.

Requirements Include:
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Must be available and willing to work onsite at our Guatemala City office location.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer onboarding/implementation role (SaaS is a plus).
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Experience communicating directly with clients.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with prior experience navigating complex customer environments.
  • Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results.
