Podium is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage and improve the experience of its small business customers. The candidate will work onsite in Guatemala.

Role involves:
- Serving as the primary post-sales contact for small business customers.
- Driving adoption and utilization of Podium products.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Securing renewals and driving customer retention.
- Conducting regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing role in the software or SaaS industry.
- Must be available to work onsite at the Guatemala office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Technically adept and able to grasp complex software concepts quickly.
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborative team player.
