Podium is seeking an Integration Specialist to assist customers in managing and troubleshooting integration projects, connecting Podium with their CRM or POS systems. The Integrations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to assist clients in connecting and setting up integrations, as well as resolving integration issues.
The role is responsible for maintaining open communication channels within the broader CX, Product, and Ecosystems/Partnerships teams. The Integrations Specialist will work collaboratively with customer-facing teams to ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction and serve as an integrations expert across Podium, sharing customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations offered.
