Podium is seeking an Integration Specialist to assist customers in managing and troubleshooting integration projects, connecting Podium with their CRM or POS systems. The Integrations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to assist clients in connecting and setting up integrations, as well as resolving integration issues.

The role is responsible for maintaining open communication channels within the broader CX, Product, and Ecosystems/Partnerships teams. The Integrations Specialist will work collaboratively with customer-facing teams to ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction and serve as an integrations expert across Podium, sharing customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations offered.

What This Role Involves:

  • Troubleshooting & resolving challenging issues.
  • Communicating with customers via Email, SMS, Phone & Video calls.
  • Serving as a point of escalation for product-related issues.
  • Developing a system for feedback loops in collaboration with the Product team.
  • Creating and updating internal documentation of products and processes.
  • Training CX & Sales teams on products, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Experience working & communicating directly with customers.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Product or Technical Support with a focus on integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with modern web services and scripting languages.
  • Analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving.
