Job Description
Podium is seeking a Partner Marketing & Events Senior Specialist to join their verticalised Marketing team. This role involves driving impactful Event and go-to-market Partnership initiatives within the Automotive industry. The successful candidate will enhance Podium's brand presence, manage various priorities, and deliver quality leads to the Sales team.Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end event calendar, planning, logistics, and execution of Partner events, Podium events and Trade Shows.
- Ideate, identify, and test & learn new event formats.
- Utilise analytical skills to assess performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimisation.
- Develop and implement innovative Partner marketing initiatives.
- Execute and manage virtual event calendar, in collaboration with Partnerships, Integrations and Sales teams.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including presentation decks, email, text and direct mail campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with local and international internal teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all touch points.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience.
- Understanding of the Automotive dealership landscape across Australia.
- Commercially minded and results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional project management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools including Salesforce.
- Understanding of a B2B SaaS marketing function, funnel, and digital marketing strategies & tactics
