Podium is seeking a Partner Marketing & Events Specialist to join its verticalised Marketing team in Melbourne, Australia. This role will report to and collaborate with the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, playing a critical role in driving impactful Event and go-to-market Partnership initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical thinker who can work at pace while managing various priorities, delivering quality leads within their target vertical to feed to Podium's Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end event calendar, planning, logistics, and execution of select Partner events, Podium events and Trade Shows
  • Ideate, identify and test & learn new event formats for both customers and prospects
  • Develop and implement innovative Partner marketing initiatives that highlight Podium's unique features and benefits
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including presentation decks, email, text and direct mail campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with local and international internal teams
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all touchpoints

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Marketing experience, preferably with a Retail and/or Auto Services Marketing background
  • Commercially minded and results driven mindset, with demonstrated success in the management of Events and Partnerships
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools including Salesforce
  • Understanding of a B2B SaaS marketing function, funnel, and digital marketing strategies & tactics
  • Experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous
