Chief of Staff - To the CEO

Job Description

• Defining product priorities and strategic planning.
• Partnering with the CEO and cross-functional leaders.
• Aligning product goals with company-wide objectives.
• Prioritizing initiatives and managing product team cadences.
• Forming an independent point of view on product vision.
• Shaping and managing product leadership team meetings.
• Leading content creation for key product-related documents.
• Acting as a product manager in specific areas if needed.
• Identifying opportunities and leading strategic projects.

• 3-7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business consulting, or internal strategy/operations.
• Alignment with Podium's operating principles.
• Located or open to relocation to work onsite at Podium's headquarters in Lehi, Utah.
• MBA, Bachelor's, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with product, engineering, and design teams.
• Experience in the SaaS or Technology industry is a plus.
• Ability to be a thought partner to the CEO/product leader.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve difficult problems.
• Systems thinking and the ability to create new structures or processes.
• Pragmatic and logical in thinking and decision making.
