Job Description

The Senior Product Manager for Channels at Podium will focus on expanding adoption of communication channels within Podium's platform. This role aims to maximize lead conversion from website chat, social messaging, email, and forms.

Podium recognized for innovation, seeks a candidate who will own both the strategic vision and execution of messaging integrations, enabling seamless business-to-customer engagement. A key initiative involves launching live chat and AI-driven messaging tools to boost lead capture and conversion. This role is based in Lehi, UT , requiring 5 days/week in-office.

Role Involves:

• Defining product vision and roadmap for messaging integrations.
• Leading the launch and ownership of the new live chat product.
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Gathering customer insights and feedback.
• Leveraging data for informed decision-making and performance optimization.
• Ensuring seamless user experience.
• Integrating AI and automation tools.
• Communicating with executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or communication tools.
• Experience in fast-paced technical environments.
• Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, data visualization).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading new product development.
• Enthusiasm for AI and its applications.
