Podium is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Lehi, Utah. This role involves:

• Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Mastering the Podium story to effectively communicate its value.
• Aligning Podium solutions with prospect business objectives and needs.
• Collaborating with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos.
• Proactively staying informed about the industry and technology landscape.
• Making strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
• Acquiring and maintaining accurate prospect data in the CRM.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified appointments/demos and deals closed.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A 4-year degree in Business or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Sales experience (or other qualified sales experience).
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
