Podium is seeking a AU Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join their team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role involves leading a team to initiate the sales cycle through prospecting and outreach, managing the team during Australian business hours, advocating for Podium's solutions, and achieving monthly quotas.
- Help team members initiate the sales cycle through prospecting and outreach efforts
- Manage a team that works Australian business hours
- Master the ability to evangelise the Podium story
- Achieve and exceed team monthly quotas
- Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
- Build new territories
- Collaborate with pod leaders, marketing, peer managers and other stake holders throughout the business
- Hire and scale your team
- Onboard, coach and train throughout the SDR organisation
- Comfortable leading with radical candor and are willing to have tough conversations
The ideal candidate should have a passion for modernizing local business, demonstrated leadership ability, a drive to win business, experience in a sales role (preferably software sales), familiarity with quota-based compensation, excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
