Job Description

Podium is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Guatemala to identify and qualify leads. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating sales-ready opportunities for the sales team.

This role is initially remote but will transition to an in-office position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads.
  • Mastering the Podium story to evangelize the product.
  • Aligning Podium's solutions with prospect business objectives.
  • Collaborating with sales reps to schedule calls and demos.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and the technology landscape.
  • Making strategic outbound calls and emails.
  • Maintaining accurate data in CRM.
  • Achieving monthly quotas for qualified appointments and closed deals.

Requirements:

  • Located in GUATEMALA.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Two years of B2B technical sales experience.
  • Proven success in prospecting new markets.
