Podium is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role is crucial in identifying and qualifying leads to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for educating prospects about Podium's solutions and aligning them with their business needs. They will collaborate with sales representatives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, while also staying informed about industry trends and technologies. This position requires a proactive approach to outbound communication and meticulous data management in the CRM system. The ideal candidate will be located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and be able to work from the office.
Role Involves:
- Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads.
- Evangelizing the Podium story.
- Aligning Podium solutions with prospect needs.
- Collaborating with sales reps.
- Staying updated on industry trends.
- Making outbound calls and emails.
- Maintaining accurate data in CRM.
Requirements:
- Located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Pakistan and able to work from the office.
- Fluent in English.
- 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field.
- Two years of B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience).
- Proven success in prospecting and setting appointments.
