Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Director for the Fundamental Equity (FE) COO team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the firm's infrastructure to boost efficiency and support business growth. The Director will be a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, driving innovation, and fostering team collaboration.Responsibilities include:

• Fostering communication between Investment and Non-Investment teams.
• Designing and leading the onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Analysts.
• Maintaining and communicating PM budgets.
• Managing data across investment teams.
• Promoting a unified approach for all PMs.
• Contributing to infrastructure projects across risk and valuation systems.
• Prioritizing workstreams across PM teams.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Fundamental Equity investment strategies.
• Experience in Accounting or Operations.
• Experience managing projects with external vendors.
