Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Team Leader Technician to supervise service floor operations at their Riyadh location. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, customer retention, gross service sales, and net profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving quality vehicle repairs and increasing customer retention.
  • Distribute manpower effectively and provide skills training.
  • Help the assigned service team achieve pre-determined operational targets.
  • Identify the service operations’ manpower requirements.
  • Monitor and coordinate the service teams' overall performance.
  • Assist technicians in solving complex technical problems through diagnostic tests.
  • Ensure repairs align with customer requests.
  • Supervise after-sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the Service Advisor
  • Make orders and follows-up vehicle spare parts with Parts Department
  • Analyse the technical information and service bulletins
  • Supervises the daily functional and operational activities of the assigned service team
  • Monitor the assigned service team’s achievements
  • Monitor the utilization of all the service facilities, tools and equipment
  • Monitors the Job Controller in entering correct data
  • Analyses Back-Job and Parts Non-Availability Procedures
  • Assist the Workshop Manager in conducting trade tests to Technicians for local recruitment
  • Carries out supervisory functions to the assigned service team
  • Maintains high standard of premise cleanliness
  • Assist the Service Manager or the Workshop Manager in improving customer confidence and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 4–7 years experience in Service area
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
