Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Technical Advisor to investigate technical problems and assist the Service Center in repairs. This role involves utilizing the diagnostic center to solve difficult technical issues, analyzing technical reports, and preparing field technical reports for Technical Service Operations and Warranty Administration (TSO&WA). The Technical Advisor will also inspect customer vehicles, provide guidance, and participate in new model conformity tests.

- Investigation of technical problems and assistance to Service Center in repairs.
- Submission of market product reports.
- Guidance to Service Center in solving technical problems.
- Participation in local and regional new model conformity test drives.
- On-the-job training for service staff.
- Monitoring of Service Centers.
Requirements:
- Automotive Engineering knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or associates degree in an automotive-related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Computer skills/ data analysis skills.
- Customer handling skills.
- Familiarity with technical report and market product reports writing.
- Familiarity with new vehicle testing and evaluation.
