C++ Software Engineer

Job Description

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join its Global Trading and Execution (GTX) Team. The GTX team focuses on building a next-generation, latency-sensitive trading platform. The engineer will develop, deploy, and support existing applications, new features, and platforms. He will participate in an Agile framework.

The C++ Software Engineer will continuously improve and expand platform capabilities based on rapidly changing business requirements and provide Level 3 support. He will also aid in the onboarding and integration of portfolio managers to the platform and optimize code for continuous system improvement.

What this role involves:

Requirements:

• Expert C++ development skills.
• Experience with Linux servers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ownership experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
