A&R Manager

Job Description

Sony Music Belgium is seeking a passionate and experienced A&R Manager to discover and develop artists. The A&R Manager will play a crucial role in identifying talent, guiding artists, and managing projects, working closely with artists, management, and internal teams.

Role Involves:

• Building and managing their own roster.
• Strategically guiding artists in their careers.
• Connecting with the Belgian music industry.
• Discovering new talent proactively and attending live performances.
• Working closely with departments such as Legal and Finance.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Passion for music and artist development.
• Strong network in the Belgian music industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Creativity and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good musical insight and ability to influence others.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
