Sr. Data Analyst

Job Description

AG1 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to leverage data insights, visualization, and advanced analytics to drive customer acquisition and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of business analytics, digital marketing, and growth business processes. The Senior Data Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, Data Science and Analytics, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, retention, site engineering, and international teams to deliver actionable insights.Role involves:

• Developing optimized SQL queries to aggregate and explore data.
• Translating complex data insights into compelling narratives.
• Maintaining curated data sources and developing automated, scalable dashboards in Tableau.
• Owning key projects and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
• Defining, calculating, and validating key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Collaborating with data scientists to leverage A/B testing.
• Working closely with data engineering teams to define and refine data pipelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing analytics, data science.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in either Python (or R).
• Advanced data visualization skills and hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with marketing, CRM, social and ad platforms.
