AG1 is seeking a Specialist, ESG & Sustainability to support the company’s long-term sustainability efforts. The Specialist will support the Environmental Sustainability, Social Impact and Governance efforts at AG1 and will report to the Vice President of ESG and Sustainability. This role is remote and must be based in either Ireland, or the UK.

Role Involves:

  • Strategizing and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the AG1 Legal team to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Leading How2Recycle labeling program.
  • Leading data collection and analysis of packaging materials and waste metrics.
  • Assisting in AG1’s supply chain traceability and transparency efforts.
  • Implementing waste-reduction initiatives.
  • Supporting AG1’s commitment to fighting food insecurity and assist in donation efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Environmental Sustainability.
  • Expertise in sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and optimistic.
  • Ability to track and analyze sustainability trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
