Project Manager at Catapult Sports

Catapult is seeking a Project Manager to manage key production milestones, test programs, and quality improvement initiatives. The Project Manager will be based in Taiwan and will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying manufacturing issues, as well as managing prototype manufacturing for new product development. The role involves understanding product specifications, designing diagnostic software and test plans, and leading the EMS through product testing and manufacturing.

What this role involves:

• Driving key phases in new product development (Prototype/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP).
• Being responsible for revision control of hardware, firmware, and test systems for EMS partners.
• Owning cost control for new products and BOM during developmental phases.
• Leading continuous improvement projects.
• Driving the QC team in the factory.
• Leading the RMA process for regional offices.

Requirements:

• B.S or M.S. degree in EE/CS/ME or related engineering field.
• 5+ years experience working with EMS and engineering teams.
• Experience in managing at least 5 projects from sample to mass production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronic products.
• Experience with radio frequency signals such as GPS, Bluetooth, UWB or NFC.
• Basic knowledge of firmware development and embedded Linux systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good working knowledge of English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Willing to travel to our CM partners (up to 10% of your time).
