Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Software Engineer II to join its high-performing engineering team. This role is based in Sydney, Australia.He/She will be a strong and trusted contributor to frontend and backend multi-brand platform. The Software Engineer II will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in product, design, analytics, and operations to develop the best telehealth infrastructure and experiences for customers. He/She should be able to take an iterative approach to building & scaling new features, balancing rapid prototyping while also placing high importance on the stability, security, and modularity of overall system. Provide knowledge sharing amongst the wider team to identify opportunities to help the team run as effectively as possible (e.g. pair programming, code reviews, feedback on design patterns).Responsibilities:
  • Being a strong and trusted contributor to the frontend and backend multi-brand platform.
  • Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Scaling new features.
  • Providing knowledge sharing amongst the wider team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience building web products with the mentioned tech stack.
  • Proven record of successfully breaking down projects, estimate timelines and consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innate ability to problem solve.
