Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking a Technology Risk and Compliance Manager to join its Trust Team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and maintaining a reliable digital health platform. This person will drive technology risk management initiatives to uplift the security posture and maintain trust in healthcare services.This role involves:
- Delivering security and privacy projects
- Managing technology compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR and cybersecurity frameworks like CIS18 and ISO27001
- Managing the data governance program
- Partnering with business and technology teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
- At least 5 years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or privacy
- Experience identifying, assessing, and reporting on cybersecurity risks
- Experience implementing controls and policies to meet ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements
- Experience managing and maturing risk and compliance domains such as customer trust, third-party risk management, security awareness and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
