Eucalyptus is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable team, reporting to the Head of Finance. The Accounts Payable Manager will manage a team of three and will work with internal finance and external business stakeholders across Australia, UK, Germany, and Japan.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the accuracy of data produced by the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing reporting on finance efficiency metrics.
  • Team scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Developing and implementing the strategy for effective finance operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
  • 2+ years people management experience.
  • Experience in Netsuite or similar ERP system.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
