Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee Philippine payroll operations. This role involves working closely with Eucalyptus' Payroll Vendor, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and compliance with local tax laws. The Senior Payroll Manager will advise the business on payroll best practices within the Philippine context and collaborate with the People and Finance teams for seamless data integration and financial reporting.

The role will be based in Manila, Philippines where the team will manage daily operations and deliverables, mentoring the payroll team to push them into a high-performance culture. They will also assist EUC group global payroll operations and work with global Payroll Vendors to ensure timely and compliant deliverables. They will oversee Identify and implement automation improvements to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.

Role Involves:

  • Managing Eucalyptus’ Payroll Vendor for accurate and timely Philippine Payroll processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and company policies.
  • Advising on payroll best practices.
  • Collaborating with People and Finance teams.
  • Managing financial year-end audit requests.
  • Managing the team's daily operations and deliverables.
  • Assisting EUC group global payroll operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Philippines payroll management.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong project management skills and in-depth understanding of Philippines payroll processes.
