Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Digital Designer in Manila to produce engaging content for digital marketing channels. The designer will play a crucial role in funneling customers through static ads, EDMs, and the company website. Eucalyptus is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company that aims to solve the world’s biggest healthcare challenges, such as fertility and chronic conditions.

The Digital Designer will work within a growing team and will be responsible for creating content for performance marketing channels, with a primary focus on social media ads, and occasionally print assets, to drive engagement and growth. They will interpret design briefs, utilizing channel best practices, and iterate based on feedback and performance. The role requires experimentation with new formats, staying updated with social trends, and maintaining a library of assets.

What this role involves:

• Designing content for performance marketing channels.
• Interpreting and answering creative design briefs.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in media, advertising, or content environments.
• High proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to integrate social trends into content.
• Excellent eye for core design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
