Growth Marketing Manager, Germany

Eucalyptus is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to bolster its growth in the German market. The role is based in Berlin and is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will blend data analysis with creative marketing strategies.

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the team and patient offering in Germany, a nascent market for Eucalyptus.

Role Involves:

• Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Google Search.
• Establishing a test-measure-learn feedback loop with the creative team.
• Maintaining a weekly reporting cadence to share performance metrics.
• Identifying high-impact levers to improve marketing performance.
• Running A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates.
• Leveraging data and patient insights to manage creative briefs.
• Identifying lifecycle journey opportunities and executing optimization recommendations.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and promoting performance marketing methodology.
• Supporting strategic projects.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role.
• German-native speaker is a must
• Experience in running paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube
• Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CAC targets.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams.
• Ability to communicate results and findings.
• Derive key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics & Ad Reporting.
• Understand the basics of attribution modelling measure channel uplift
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Figma, Google Analytics).
• Good English communication skills.
