Eucalyptus is seeking a Health Coach to support patients in achieving their health goals within the Weight program. This role involves creating long-term relationships with patients through consistent communication and engagement. The Health Coach will be responsible for managing end-to-end communications, including community moderation, and individual interactions with patients.Responsibilities:
- Providing nutrition and movement advice.
- Managing and moderating patient communities.
- Triaging and escalating patient communications.
- Directing patient queries to relevant internal channels.
- Contributing to the development of patient services.
- At least 1 year of experience in nutrition counseling or health coaching.
- Experience in digital health or obesity and diabetes treatment is preferred.
- Empathetic and caring nature with creative problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and independent, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in the German language.
- Good command of English.
- Registration with the German Nutrition Society or German Dietician Society is preferred.
- A scientific degree is highly appreciated.
