Eucalyptus is an Australian-founded digital health startup focused on solving major healthcare challenges. The Health Coach will play a crucial role in supporting patients in achieving their health-related goals by building long-term relationships. This role involves managing the communication, process, and interaction for patients from start to finish, including community management and communication with individual and groups of patients.

Role involves:

• Providing general advice and coaching for engagement in group and individual communication.
• Managing and moderating the patient community.
• Processing, responding to, and escalating patient communication.
• Forwarding patient inquiries and feedback to the appropriate internal channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in nutritional counseling and/or health coaching.
• Empathy, reliability, care, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in technology and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German.
• Good English skills.
