This role involves communicating with patients and doctors, and managing consultation flows via the platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the team, culture, and patient offering in the German market.
Role involves:
- Onboarding new patients
- Resolving patient tickets proactively
- Making outbound calls
- Working with pharmacy, nurses and prescribers
- Sharing patient pain points and escalating issues
- Maintaining process documentation
- Managing the Facebook community
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or related customer-facing roles
- Bilingual in German and English (fluent German, minimum B2 English)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, reliable, and caring with strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled with computers and CX software (Google Suite and Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
