Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Germany. This role involves communicating with patients and doctors, and managing consultation flows via the platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the team, culture, and patient offering in the German market.

Role involves:
  • Onboarding new patients
  • Resolving patient tickets proactively
  • Making outbound calls
  • Working with pharmacy, nurses and prescribers
  • Sharing patient pain points and escalating issues
  • Maintaining process documentation
  • Managing the Facebook community

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or related customer-facing roles
  • Bilingual in German and English (fluent German, minimum B2 English)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic, reliable, and caring with strong problem-solving skills
  • Skilled with computers and CX software (Google Suite and Zendesk preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
