Eucalyptus is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for their German operations in Berlin. This role involves communicating with patients and doctors, managing consultation flows, and resolving patient support interactions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in German and English and will play a key role in shaping the team and patient offering in the growing German market.Eucalyptus is dedicated to improving patient experience and safety. The Patient Experience team ensures every patient feels cared for and supports prescribers and nurses. This role offers opportunities to learn about different business areas and contribute to product launches and process development.
Responsibilities: - Onboarding new patients and resolving patient tickets.
- Working with pharmacy, nurses, and prescribers to ensure timely order delivery.
- Sharing patient feedback and escalating issues.
- Building and maintaining process documentation.
- Managing the Facebook community.
- Taking on new responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, or sales.
- Bilingual in German and English (fluent German, minimum B2 English).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills and experience with CX software (Google Suite and Zendesk preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
