Launch Lead, Germany

Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Launch Lead to join their team in Germany. This role is crucial for scaling the business and building a high-performing team, with hybrid working possibilities.

The Launch Lead will play a critical role in scaling the business and building their own team. This role involves understanding the 'why' behind operations, forming hypotheses, and using data to drive decisions. Responsibilities include:

• Building and leading a high-performing team of patient-facing professionals.
• Being accountable for and driving results in ops metrics.
• Coaching and developing your team to drive greater results.
• Identifying opportunities to boost productivity and improve processes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in venture capital and / or high growth scale-up (+ 2-3 years in a consultancy, particularly in an operational role, and bonus for prior experience working with / for B2C consumer brands)
• Leadership experience.
• Fluent in German and strong English skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
